Here are some common questions about our company.
- Notice Period: Tenants who wish to vacate the PG must give a 30-day prior notice either before their next rent due date or within a maximum of 5 days after the rent due date.
- Notice Confirmation: Tenants must intimate their notice through the designated Google Form after paying the rent, and send confirmation to Rohit, Chetan, or in the WhatsApp group.
- The deposit will not be adjusted against rent and will be refunded only upon vacating the PG.
- Deposit refund form must be filled after finalizing amount exclusively form Murtaza Saif on Whatsapp
- After submission of form, amount will be refunded by Chetan Aher
- Shared Billing: Electricity bills will be flat-wise divided equally among tenants and must be paid accordingly.
- Concessions: Concessions (maximum 50%) will only be granted if a tenant is absent for the entire billing period, and prior notice of absence is provided in Whatsapp group or Whatsapp.
- Payment Procedure: Electricity bill payments must be made to the designated mobile number as per the message put in whatsapp group. A screenshot of the payment must be shared in the group.
