Here are some common questions about our company.

  1. Notice Period: Tenants who wish to vacate the PG must give a 30-day prior notice either before their next rent due date or within a maximum of 5 days after the rent due date.
  2. Notice Confirmation: Tenants must intimate their notice through the designated Google Form after paying the rent, and send confirmation to Rohit, Chetan, or in the WhatsApp group.
  1. The deposit will not be adjusted against rent and will be refunded only upon vacating the PG.
  2. Deposit refund form must be filled after finalizing amount exclusively form Murtaza Saif on Whatsapp
  3. After submission of form, amount will be refunded by Chetan Aher

  1. Shared Billing: Electricity bills will be flat-wise divided equally among tenants and must be paid accordingly.
  2. Concessions: Concessions (maximum 50%) will only be granted if a tenant is absent for the entire billing period, and prior notice of absence is provided in Whatsapp group or Whatsapp.
  3. Payment Procedure: Electricity bill payments must be made to the designated mobile number as per the message put in whatsapp group. A screenshot of the payment must be shared in the group.
